How To Set Up Email Signature In Gmail



Hello friends today i am telling you how to set up Email Singnature in Gmail .This is really very interesting topic and you can easily understand it.

                                           Email signature comprises a few line of text that is placed at the bottom of outgoing mail.You can use this to share essential contact information related to you and your business.This is simply used for advertisement purpose.




               Now follow the below steps and try to create your own signature.


1)Login to your Gmail account.

2)Then Follow the Setting link in Gmail's top right navigation menu.

3)Go to genral category

4)Then in genral go to signature option and make it enable.

5)Then write your signature in the text field,remember that its best to keep your signature to about five line of text.

6)In Signature you can add your name,contact number,website,address or any quote etc. 

7)You dont have to include signature delimiter,gmail insert it automatically.

7)Click save changes.

8)Congratulations you have done your job.

                                                             


                                 "Gmail will now insert the signature automatically when you compose a message,and you can also edit it before sending a mail"





             Move Your Gmail Signature Above Quoted Text in Replies...



    Steps:-


1)Login to your Gmail account.

2)Then Follow the Setting link in Gmail's top right navigation menu.

3)Go Lab category.

4)Make sure Enabled is selected under signature tweaks.

5)Click save changes.

6)Congratulations you have done your job.




Standard Signature Delimiter:


The "standard" that is widely used on Usenet, but also with email, is
  • "-- " (two dashes followed by a white-space character) on a line by itself.
