What is Thumbnail?

Hiii friends,thumbnail is a smaller version of a much larger image that is used to help conserve screen space and help enable a user to view multiple images at once. Thumbnails are also commonly used on the Internet as they help the web page viewer see an image without having to download the full image unless they wish to. This helps save bandwidth for the owner of a web page and helps speed up viewing time for the visitor.

To view the full version of an image that is in thumbnail view on the Internet and in other software programs the user must click the thumbnail version

What Is Mail Merge?

Hello friends this is something different and really useful feature for lazy persons:):):):):)

A mail merge is a capability of database software, word processors, and some e-mail programs that takes a standard form and formats that form with unique fields such as e-mail address, name, address, phone number, or other personal information to make the message look unique. For example, a standard form may look like the below example.

[address]


Dear [username],


We would like to thank you [username] for purchasing our product.


Sincerely,
Some company

With a program capable of mail merge, the program would pull the personal information and place the appropriate information into the above fields. So the above form may look like:

1234 some street
City, State Zip


Dear Bob Smith,


We would like to thank you Bob Smith for purchasing our product.


Sincerely,
Some company

What Is Magic Quotes?

Hiii friends,Magic quotes is a feature found in PHP that when enabled automatically escapes any quotes. For example, if you had a variable that contained (Lot's of "quotes") it'd be turned into (Lot\'s of \"quotes\").

If this feature is enabled and you wish to disable it or remove any escape slashes use the stripslashes command. For example, $example = stripslashes($example); Would strip all slashes from the $example variable.
